Rates for New Move-Ins

Parallel Site: $925 - $975/month
Standard Site: $1000 - $1075/month
Premium Site: $1100 - $1150/month
Deluxe Site: $1175 - $1225/month

Tenants are responsible for metered electric usage plus flat fee trash and flat fee sewer.
